1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the alerting.rocks service operated by DATAPLANET LTD ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

alerting.rocks is a web-based monitoring tool that connects to your Facebook ad accounts, evaluates user-defined rules against ad metrics, and sends alert notifications via Email, Slack, or WhatsApp when conditions are met.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.

Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be notified before the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or access restrictions
• Share your account credentials with others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the service beyond normal usage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service

6. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with Facebook (Meta), Slack, and Stripe. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We use your data only to provide and improve the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Missed or delayed alert notifications
• Inaccurate data from third-party APIs (e.g., Facebook)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or profits resulting from reliance on the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with 30 days notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus
